Second Program Committee Meeting: March 13-14, 2020 in Portland

Hotel Information

Please reserve your hotel room at the Portland Hilton Downtown through our room block - *WMA will be held financially responsible for all rooms in the block that are not reserved. Please let WMA staff know if you experience any issues with hotel reservations, or are making other arrangements. *The deadline for room reservations is Friday, February 7, 2020.

Both days of PC Meeting will be held at Oregon Historical Society

Friday, March 13, 2020: 10am - 5:00pm Saturday, March 14, 2020: 10am - 3:00pm. We will do our best to finish by 3pm. However, adjournment is dependent on a completed agenda.

Please go to the Program Committee Materials and Guidelines page to view the Guides for PC Members - especially the How to Review Session Proposals page, which includes the the PC Session Assignments. Of course, you are going to want to read the Revised Session Proposals and score them using the Round 2 Scoring Sheet (posted in early March)!

  • 4:40 pm – Review Tracks, Schedule Layout, and Process

  • 6:45 pm – Group Dinner: Imperial (pay own way)

Saturday, March 14
