Fifteen Minutes to Mindfulness
ID: WMA2026_536
Track: Other
Mindful practices are important for everyone – especially those who aspire to do incredible, life-changing work in museums. But who’s got the time? In this session, learn new ways to slow down, breathe, and step into a flow state – for as little as fifteen minutes at a time. We’ll explore active and passive ways to slow it down, identify what we need, and refocus on what matters.
